                            JUDGMENT

The prayer is for issuance of transfer certificate. It is the

stand of the Principal that in case a proper application is made

appropriate action will be taken in the matter. Therefore, the

writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a

proper application before the second respondent in which case

the second respondent will take action in the matter for the

issuance of transfer certificate within another one month.
