                            J U D G M E N T

What is prayed for in this writ petition is to direct to

implement Ext. P1 by which the revision filed by the petitioner was

allowed with a direction to settle the timing in the manner indicated

therein. The complaint in this writ petition is that Ext. P1 has not

been implemented till date. Taking note of the above this writ

petition is disposed of directing that the timing shall be settled as

directed in Ext. P1 in the order of priority.
