                           JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted

that the District Educational Officer has passed an order dated

25.9.2010. The counsel submits that the order passed by the

District Educational Officer is contrary to the directions issued

by the Director of Public Instruction in Exhibit P9 order dated

19.8.2010. The counsel also submitted that since the District

Educational Officer has passed an order dated 25.9.2010,

instead of pursuing this Writ Petition, the petitioner may be

permitted to work out his remedies under the Kerala Education

Act and Rules. The counsel submitted that the Writ Petition may

be closed reserving the right of the petitioner to work out his

remedies. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
