                          J U D G M E N T

Petitioner submits that against the shifting of the water tap,

he filed Ext.P2 representation and according to the petitioner the

said representation is pending before the 2nd respondent.

2. If that be so, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall

consider Ext.P2 representation and pass orders thereon as

expeditiously as possible.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a

copy of the writ petition before the 2nd respondent for compliance.
