                                ORDER

It was submitted on the last posting that Sri.Noble Mathew,

who was appearing for petitioner has been appointed as Public

Prosecutor and hence he cannot appear in this matter. When

this case was posted for hearing today also same representation

was made. The petitioner is absent. There is no representation

for him. I do not find any reason to proceed with the case.

Petition is dismissed.
