At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had pointed out that a number of writ petitions, with similar prayers, have already been dismissed by this Court, on the ground of ‘Latches’. It has been stated that such orders have been passed by this Court, in W.P.Nos.2711, 30774 to 30776, 11850, 13932, 14954, 14955, 16482 to 16487 of 2005 and in other similar writ petitions. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of ‘Latches’. No costs.
