       Dated this the 5th day of August, 2009.

                     JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks monthly pension, staff

welfare fund and salary arrears. It is stated

that disciplinary proceedings which have been

pending against him, have been finalised. This

writ petition is accordingly ordered directing

that staff welfare fund and arrears of salary, if

any, as also monthly pension will be released to

the petitioner from one month.
