                                   J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed mainly with the following

prayer :-

“To direct the trial court to pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6

applications (I.A.No.234/05 and I.A.No.235/05) before

proceeding with the execution in O.S.No.166/02 before the

Munsiff Court, Pulanur.”

In case no orders have been passed on Exts.P5 and P6, there will

be a direction to the Munsiff Court, Punalur to dispose of those

applications within three months from the date of production of a

copy of the judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
