                                JUDGMENT

I do not propose to go into the merits of the grounds raised.

But having regard to the submissions addressed by Mr.S.Muhammed

Haneef, counsel for the petitioners and Mr.K.J.Mohammed Anzar,

learned Government Pleader who has taken notice on behalf of the

respondent, I dispose of the Writ Petition in the following terms:

The respondent will take up Ext.P1, hear a representative each

of the petitioners and take a correct decision on Ext.P1 at the earliest

and at any rate within one month of receiving a copy of this judgment

together with a copy of the Writ Petition and all the exhibits.
