Learned advocates
appearing for the parties jointly submitted that disputes have been
resolved. In favour of the sole proprietor of the petitioner’s
proprietorship, demand draft of Rs.5,75,000/- has been issued which
has been received by the counsel for the petitioner.
Respondent-company has also agreed to withdraw Special Civil Suit
No.13 of 2010.

Upon
such developments, present petition is disposed of.
