Advocate for the Appellant has given a copy of proposal for
settlement to the learned Advocate for respondent No.3. Let
respondent No.3 consider the proposal and place his response on
record. Considering the fact that the Appeal is coming up for
admission since 2003 and interim relief granted by the learned
Single Judge while passing the impugned order dated 26.12.2002 has
been extended from time to time, the Appeal is admitted and
interim relief to continue till further orders. The Appeal be listed
for final hearing in the month of December, 2008.
