2. 02.07.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners

and the State.

The petitioners being the father-in-law

and mother-in-law are languishing in jail since

26.2.2010 and 15.3.2010 in a case registered under

Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioners that the allegation made against them is

general and omnibus. The petitioner no. 1 was

employed at Sarswati Sugar Mills Ltd., Yamunagar at

Haryana and on the alleged date of occurrence on

19.11.2009, he closed his bank account at

Yamunagar. Moreover, the petitioner no. 1 is a

handicapped person and he needs to travel with

someone to assist and the petitioner no. 2 was

accompanying him on the date of the occurrence.

Considering the fact that the petitioners

are father-in-law and mother-in-law, moreover in view

of the fact that petitioner no. 1 is handicapped and

was at Yamunanagar on the date of occurrence, let the

petitioners above named be released on bail in

connection with Barharia (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No.

179 of 2009 on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.

10,000/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Siwan.
