After arguing the matter for quite some time, the learned

counsel appearing for the complainants seeks leave of the court to

withdraw the contempt petition.

Permission sought for is granted and the contempt petition is

disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the complainants to

approach this Court, if need arises in future.
