The learned lawyer of the appellant has

submitted that the allegation is of general in

nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of

the case the appellants namely, Pairu Das, Arbind

Das and Buddhu Das, during the pendency of this

appeal, are directed to be released on bail on

furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sunil

Kumar Srivastava, the learned Ist Additional

Sessions Judge/his successor court, Banka in

connection with Sessions Trial No. 186 of 2006.
