Mr.Yagnik,
learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is
ready to offer the price of Rs.1.25 Crore as against the auction
price of Rs.1.09 Crore and the petitioner is also ready to pay the
cost incurred by GSFC and the appropriate compensation to the buyer
by awarding reasonable bank rate interest. He submitted that to show
the genuineness of the statement, the petitioner would bring the
Demand Draft of Rs.1.25 Crore on 03.03.2010.
