No show cause has been filed in this case on behalf
of the University till date even though the contempt application
was filed on 6th of January 2011.
Learned counsel for the University prays for time to
file show cause.
As prayed for list this case after six weeks. In case no
show cause is filed within the aforesaid time, a cost of Rs. 2000/-
(two thousand) would be payable and deposited with the Patna
High Court, Legal Services Committee.
