Petitioners, who are three in number, state that they have correctly answered
117, 118 and 117 questions respectively out of 125 questions in respect of
written examination held by the U.P. Secondary Education Services Selection
Board for appointment on the post of T.G.T. (Social Science). Persons, who
have answered lesser questions than the petitioners, have been selected.
Hence this petition.

I am of the considered opinion that the grievance of the petitioners can be
more appropriately examined by respondent no. 2 at the first instance.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the
petitioners to make a representation ventilating all their grievances before
respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today along with certified copy of
this order. On such representation being made, respondent no. 2 shall consider
and decide the same by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within
four weeks from the date the representation is so filed.
