ORDER
Jasbir Singh, J.
1. Learned State counsel informs this court that the trial is now fixed for 19.3.2003. On instructions from Jagdish, ASI, Police Station Rorhi, learned State counsel undertakes that all efforts will be made to complete prosecution evidence on that date or may be one date thereafter. Keeping in view the long detention of the petitioner in jail, trial court is directed to complete its trial within three months from the date when it is fixed before it. No unnecessary adjournments will be granted to the prosecution. If trial is not concluded as aforementioned, the petitioner will be at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court.
2. Disposed of accordingly.
