2. 13.9.2010 It has been submitted that the petitioner is not

named in the first information report and was identified in the

test identification parade, which was conducted five months

after the occurrence.

Call for the carbon copy of the case diary of

Raxaul P.S.case No.157 of 2006 from the Court of the

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul (East Champaran)

at Motihari and also a report from the Superintendent of

Police, East Champaran at Motihari about the antecedent of

the petitioner, who is accused in the aforesaid case, so as to

reach this Court within three weeks and put up on its receipt.
