This is an application seeking correction/amendment in the order
dated 23.7.2010 passed on the bail application.
The application is allowed and the learned counsel for the applicant is
permitted to make necessary correction in the bail application. The order
dated 23 .7.2010 is also corrected as follows:
“In the last paragraph of the order dated 23.7.2010, ‘District Agra’ should be
read as ‘District Mathura’. ”
