3 26.11.2010 In the bail order dated 9.11.2010 name
of petitioner no.8 has inadvertently been typed
as ‘Binod Yadav’ in place of ‘Binda Yadav’ as
stated in cause title of the main application
for anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, now it is clarified to the
effect that name of petitioner no.8 be read as
‘Binda Yadav’ in place of ‘Binod Yadav’. The
order dated 9.11.2010 is modified to the above
extent.
Let this order including the order dated
9.11.2010 passed in this case be communicated to
the court below through fax at the cost of the
petitioners.
