Call for the Lower Court’s Record.

The appellant is the husband of the deceased. Death

is within seven years of marriage. The allegation is that the

victim was being pressurized to bring additional dowry and in

that connection she was being tortured by the appellant.

Considering the aforesaid facts, We are not inclined

to grant bail to the above named appellant. The prayer for bail

of the appellant is accordingly rejected.
