The petitioner was allowed bail by order dated 15.6.2010
passed in Cr. Misc. No.20109 of 2010 on condition that he would
return the disputed amount to the complainant and then surrender
before the court below within a period of four weeks.
This modification petition has been filed with a prayer for
extending the period of four weeks.
Heard.
Six weeks’ further time is granted to the petitioner to
comply with the direction contained in the order dated 15.6.2010
passed in Cr. Misc. No.20109 of 2010.
The application stands allowed.
Let this order be communicated to the Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No.146
of 2009 through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
