Heard
learned advocate Mr. F.D. Brahmbhatt for the applicant, learned APP
Mr. UA Trivedi for respondent No. 1 State and learned advocate Mr
Asim Pandya for respondent Nos. 2-4.

As
it transpires, the application at Annexure C is pending before the
Court of the Executive Magistrate, Metropolitan Court No. 1,
Gheekanta, Ahmedabad City. This complaint is made by the applicant
before the I.O., Kagdapith Police Station, Ahmedabad City which has
been referred to the Executive Magistrate as stated above.
Therefore, while considering this application, it is desirable that
the learned APP is directed to impress upon the I.O. to take further
steps with regard to the pending application before the Executive
Magistrate and report as regards the bond taken from the accused
within a period of one week.

The
matter is therefore adjourned to 24.6.2010 to ascertain these facts
as well as to impress upon the I.O. for taking appropriate steps with
regard to the apprehension voiced by the applicant for the threat.

Learned
advocate Mr. Pandya appearing for the original accused Nos. 2-4 is
also directed to impress upon the respondents to abide by the terms
and conditions of the order granting bail to maintain law and order,
failing which further order would be passed.
