Notice on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3 has already been accepted by
learned Standing Counsel, Sri Kuldeep Kumar has accepted notice on behalf
of respondent no.4 and Sri Anuj Kumar has accepted notice on behalf of
respondent no.10.

Issue notice to the respondents no. 5 to 9 returnable at an early date.

The respondents are directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks.
The petitioners shall have three weeks to file rejoinder affidavit.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, parties are directed to maintain status quo
on spot.
