taking into account the fact that this is an

appeal of the year 1974 in which respondent

no. 1 at that point of time was shown as

minor and by efflux of time has already

become major, there will be now no need to

file any petition for attainment of

majority.

Respondent no. 1 had already

appeared claiming himself to be major and

therefore, this appeal of the year 1974

should now be listed for final hearing in

the week commencing 28th of March, 2011

within first five cases.
