RULE.

At
this stage, Mrs. Krina Calla, learned AGP upon instructions states
that the appointment orders for the post in question have been issued
to the selected candidates vide Registered A.D. yesterday i.e.
24.06.2010. Thus, it appears that the said appointment orders were
issued before the notice was issued by this Court, and hence no
further order is required to be passed at this stage.
