1. The
applicant has prayed that the order dated 28.06.2010 may be recalled
and the proceedings of Special Civil Application (St.) No.14068 of
2009 may be restored to the original file.

2. Having
regard to the application and explanation given by the applicant, the
order dated 28.06.2010 is recalled and Registry is directed to
restore the proceedings of Special Civil Application (St.) No.14068
of 2009 to the original file on the condition that the applicant
shall remove all the office objections and the defects on or before
16th September, 2010, if the objections are not removed by
the aforesaid date, the petition stands dismissed without reference
to the Court.
