2. 10.03.2011. Heard learned counsels for the

petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending

his arrest in a case registered under

Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332,333,

323,325, 337, 436, 427 and 307 of the

I.P.C. and Section ¾ of the Damage to

Public Property Act.

One person was electrocuted when

a group of 200 people including the

petitioner protested against the

incident. In the F.I.R. there is

specific allegation against Rakesh

Gupta, Saroj Kumar, Suresh Mahto and

Awadhesh Singh to have put the police

jeep on fire.

Since there is general

accusation against the petitioner being

member of the mob, let the petitioner,

above named, be released on bail in the

event of arrest or surrender before the

learned court below within a period of

twelve weeks from today in connection

with Raxaul P.S. Case No.143 of 2010 on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten

Thousand) with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of the

learned S. D. J. M. Raxaul, East

Champaran (Motihari) subject to the

conditions as laid down under Section

438(2) of the Code of Criminal

Procedure.
