02. 14.10.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the

State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a

case registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and

379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The

prayer for bail is rejected.
