A perusal of the order passed by this Court on 30.11.2009 shows that
both the parties, while appearing in the Court, stated that they will abide by the
conditions imposed by the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid fact and also that the appeal bearing FAO
No. 4743 of 2008 filed against the judgment of the learned court below has been
directed to be listed for final hearing in January, 2010, the present contempt
petition is disposed of.
