The parties to the impugned prosecution in FIR No.59 dated
10.4.2001 under Sections 498-A, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station City,
Mukatsar have come to the terms and have placed on record documented
compromise which may be read as Annexure P-2. The respondent
no.2/complainant Darshan Kaur @ Rupinder Kaur, who was identified by
her counsel had turned up yesterday and owned the compromise. The
matter had been adjourned to today as opposite party was not available.

In the light thereof, FIR No.59 dated 10.4.2001 under Sections
498-A, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station City, Mukatsar shall stand quashed on
account of compounding.

Disposed of accordingly.
