                                  JUDGMENT

K.M. Joseph, J.

Petitioner has approached this Court complaining of

harassment by respondents 1 & 2 Police Officers. This Writ

Petition is filed against the alleged illegal and arbitrary interference

of the second respondent in a civil dispute which exists between

the petitioner Temple Committee and the third respondent. It is

submitted by the learned Addl. DGP that respondents 1 and 2 will

not interfere in the civil dispute between the parties and if there is

any law and order problem the Police will necessarily interfere

with in accordance with law. We record the said submission and

close the Writ Petition.
