ORDER

It
is clarified that the amount deposited as per the order passed by the
Sessions Court will be treated as deposit as a condition for granting
bail application. Deposition of the said amount by accused will not
create any right to accused for compelling to compound the offence.

Petitioner
is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the Sessions Court in
Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.424 of 2010 before appropriate
forum. Any proceeding to be initiated by the petitioner be decided on
its own merits.

The
present petition stands disposed of. In view of above clarification
and observation, it is clarified that this matter is not decided on
merits.
