learned advocate Mr. Pujara, appearing on behalf of petitioner,
learned AGP, Mr. Sharma, appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 and
learned advocate Mr. Savani, appearing on behalf of respondent no.3.

Today
when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr.Pujara
submitted that petitioner Kanubhai Dhulabhai Patel on oath has made
clear statement unconditionally permitted to withdraw present
petition. Before this Court Mr. Kanubhai Dhulabhai Patel is also
personally present. In view of aforesaid writing on oath dated 12th
July,2011, which has been taken on record, present petition is
disposed of as withdrawn.
