ORDER

Rule.

Mr. K.T. Dave, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of
rule on behalf of the respondent. In the facts and circumstances of
the case, this application is taken up for hearing today.

This
is an application for anticipatory bail/extension of period of
anticipatory bail which was granted by this Court, vide order dated
11.03.08 in Cr.M.A. No. 2268 of 2008. Learned advocate submitted
that in view of the averments made in the application, the prayer as
sought for in paragraph 8(A) is required to be granted.

Heard
Mr. Nanavati for the petitioners and Mr. K.T. Dave, learned APP for
respondent.

After
hearing the learned counsel for both the sides and considering the
averments made in the application and the earlier order dated
11.03.08 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No. 2268
of 2008, prayer 8(A), in my considered view, is required to be
granted.

In
the circumstances, this application is allowed. Period of
anticipatory bail granted by this Court by order dated 11.03.08 in
Cr.M.A. No. 2268 of 2008 is extended for a further period of 90 days
from today. The petitioners shall remain present before Deesa Rural
Police Station on 17th July 2008 between 9.00 AM to 3.00
PM. All other conditions contained in order dated 11.03.08 in Cr.
M.A. No. 2268 of 2008 shall remain the same.

Rule
made absolute accordingly.
