ORAL
ORDER

It
appears that earlier Criminal Misc.
Application No.6357/2010 was filed by one Amitaben Jaisingbhai
Parmar & Ors. It also transpires from the order passed by the
coordinate bench dated 24.09.2010 that the matter is required to be
placed before the regular Court. The present application is filed by
the applicant, who is again not properly described or stated and the
learned counsel, Mr.Ramakrishnan when it was inquired, has stated
that it is Gitaben Patel though from the title itself, there are two
names written and he is not able to state the name of his client.

Under
these circumstances, though it is a matter under Section 438 of the
Criminal
Procedure Code, further inquiry is directed to be made
by the Registrar (Judicial) with regard to the identity of the
applicant and till then, the matter shall not be placed before the
Court.

The
Registrar (Judicial) shall submit report on or before 11th
October, 2010. Learned counsel, Mr.Ramakrishnan shall cooperate in
the matter.

Matter
stands over to 11th October, 2010.

H.SHUKLA, J.)
