The
present application has been preferred by the applicant in the year
1999 for an appropriate interim order/stay during pendency and final
disposal of the main Second Appeal.

It
is to be noted that at the relevant time, the learned Single Judge
did not grant any interim relief and till date there is no interim
relief in favour of the applicant. Hence, the present application
deserves to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
