. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has
challenged the Panchayat Election of Village Saharkoal within district of
Pakur.

Since the petitioner has got an alternative remedy by way of filing
election petition, I find no merit in this writ petition and it is,
accordingly, is dismissed.
