ordinary process, for which requisite must be

filed within two weeks, failing which this

application shall stand rejected as against

concerned opposite party, without further

reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, no coercive step shall

be taken against the petitioner in connection

with Complaint Case No. 557C/08 pending in the

court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.

Let this order be communicated to the

court below through fax at the cost of the

petitioner.
