Learned counsel for the respondents was required to file counter
affidavit. However, no counter affidavit has been filed. Cause list
has been revised. Learned counsel for the respondent-corporation
is not present. Since the matter relates to termination of service
counter affidavit is necessary. Respondent may file counter
affidavit within three weeks failing which the Respondent No.4 &
5 will be present in the Court with relevant records pertaining to
the petitioner and necessary instructions to assist this Court.

Let this matter be listed before the appropriate Bench on
09.08.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner may inform Sri S.K. Maurya
about passing of the order in writing within three days.
