Petitioner has been made accused in a case lodged for

offence under section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

The petitioner submits that the main allegation is against

in-laws of the deceased and he is distant relative of the deceased and

final form has already been submitted.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let

the petitioner as above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.5000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh

in Mokama Police Station Case No. 117 of 2009.
