08. 22.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

Mrs. Namrata Mishra appearing for the Board.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the

Board and also a supplementary affidavit has been filed on

behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions and the show

cause, I am not inclined to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed of. However, it will be

open for the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the concerned

authority for further claims, if any, so that upon consideration,

if any, amount is found payable, the same shall be paid to the

petitioner.
