The accused-applicant Pawan Shukla, who is involved and detained in Case
Crime No. 874 of 2007 under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry
Prohibition Act, relating to Police Station Kotwali Unnao, District Unnao, has
applied Second Bail application. The first bail application had been rejected
by Hon’ble Vedpal,J. vide order dated 31.07.2009.
Therefore, list in the second week of July, 2010 as fresh before appropriate
bench along with Criminal Misc. Case No. 5522 (B) of 2007.
