                                 JUDGMENT

The petitioner submitted that the 4th respondent is

unauthorisedly proceeding to establish milk collection centres

within the area of operation of the petitioner. This is a matter on

which the petitioner can place appropriate complaint before

respondents 2 and 3 or even the first respondent. Accordingly,

this writ petition is disposed of without entering on merits,

however, directing that if the petitioner complains about any

such unauthorised activity of the 4th respondent, such petitions

or complaints shall be immediately attended to by respondents 1,

2 or 3 as the case may be.
