Issue notice to respondent no. 9.
Process under ordinary course be filed within
a week, failing which the petition as against above
respondent shall stand rejected without further
reference to the bench.
List the case on service of notice. Time in
the meanwhile may be utilized by the parties to file
counter affidavit, if any.
