COMMON ORAL ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Mr. SB Vakil learned senior counsel and Mr.
Harin Raval have submitted that at present one
Arbitration Tribunal is adjudicating some disputes
between the same parties and the present parties are
agreable to deal and adjudicate the present dispute by
the very Tribunal. The parties have, therefore,
requested through their learned counsel that this court
with the consent of the parties, may appoint the very
Tribunal to adjudicate the dispute between the parties
referred in respective paras of the petitions.

So, I hereby appoint Mr. B.J. Diwan, retired
Chief Justice, Mr P.M. Chauhan, retired Judge of this
Court and Mr. AP Ravani, retired Chief Justice of High
Court of Rajsthan as Arbitrators to resolve and decide
the disputes and differences between the parties. The
Format of the Tribunal shall be the same. The
Arbitrators are authorised to act on ordinary copy of the
Minutes authenticated by the Advocate for the paties. It
is always open for the either of the parties to request
the Arbitrators to hear and decide the matter one after
another.

These petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
Copy of this order be kept with other petitions.
