JUDGMENT
In respect of a dispute regarding seniority and consequent
promotion as Headmistress in the school where the petitioner is
working, the petitioner has filed Ext.P8 revision before the
Director of Public Instructions, the 2nd respondent herein. The
petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and
pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8 revision expeditiously.
2. I have heard the learned Government pleader also. In
the nature of the order I propose to pass I do not think it
necessary to issue notice to respondents 5 and 6.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there
would be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass
appropriate orders on Ext.P8 revision petition filed by the
petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after

affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and
respondents 5 and 6.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
