Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel
for respondents no.1 and 2 as well as Sri Mahesh Narain Singh appearing for
respondent no.3.

Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav has accepted notice on behalf of respondent
no.4. He is directed to file counter affidavit within four weeks. The petitioner
shall have three weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List thereafter.

Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of impugned order
dated 24.6.2010 passed by Dy. Director of Consolidation, Mau in Revision
No. 484 under Section 48(1) of U.P.C.H. Act (Banshi Vs. Phool Chand &
others) shall remain stayed.
