Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Regional Transport Authority,

Darbhanga is personally present in Court. He also files the

counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner,

put up in the same position on 26th July, 2010.

dispensed with.
